Naming Your Files Correctly
Please remember that there are many speakers at the ASCRS. If
all presenters label their PowerPoint files 2009 ASCRS, there is a chance
that some may be mistaken with others of the same name. To help us, please
name your file as follows (separate fields with underscores):
Format: TalkDate_RoomNumber_TalkTime_LastName_FirstName
Example: 040808_Rm6CF_1330_Smith_Scott.ppt
o TalkDate: 040709 (format is MMDDYY for April 7th, 2009)
o RoomNumber: 06CF (for Room 6C – 6F)
o TalkTime: 1330 (format is military time for 1:30 PM)
o LastName: Smith
o FirstName: Scott
