Submitting a Presentation for On-Site Use

Naming Your Files Correctly

Please remember that there are many speakers at the ASCRS. If all presenters label their PowerPoint files 2010ASCRS, there is a chance that some may be mistaken with others of the same name. To help us, please name your file as follows (separate fields with underscores):

Format: TalkDate_RoomNumber_TalkTime_LastName_FirstName
Example: 040910_Rm6CF_1330_Smith_Scott.ppt

Submitting Your Presentation
The deadline to pre-submit presentations has past. Please bring your presentations and updates to the speaker ready room.
