* Images, photos and special fonts must
be embedded in your presentation. Special fonts should be
avoided if possible. If you use a special font for text on
your presentation, ensure it can be embedded. Also, be sure
special characters are in a standard font that is included
in the base installation of Windows so they will transfer
successfully.
* Video files (movies) must be created
with standard compression codecs in use by Windows and saved
as MPGs. Video files must be linked to your presentation,
AND each video file that you are using must be copied from
where it resides on your hard drive, or your network, and
placed in the same folder with your presentation.
* When preparing a CD, be certain to
FINALIZE the session in the software used to make the CD.
If the recording session isn't finalized, the CD may not be
accessible from another computer.
